My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks from Broadway and right on Printer's Alley. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited breakfast options. The proximity to downtown venues and excellent customer service were definite highlights of my visit.

Rooms
9.0
I had reserved a King bed room at a discounted price. The room was clean, and towels were stocked nicely every day.
Service
8.0
The service was accommodating and friendly. I was happy to pay for the valet service for the convenience it offered.
Location
10.0
The location can't be beat, within walking distance to Broadway, Ryman, Johnny Cash Museum, and Bicentennial Park. Perfect for exploring the city!
Dining
7.0
I had nice fresh greens with eggs and paid for traditional Greek dishes. The dining experience could have offered more variety.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had a Starbucks in the lobby and close proximity to local venues. It was a little on the small side, especially the sink area.

7.2/10

The hotel offers a mix of positives like spacious and comfortable rooms with a few bottles of water provided but is let down by the outdated and dingy decor. The cleaning service being done only on the 3rd day was inconvenient. The service is friendly but comes at a steep price for a one-night stay. Despite the good in-house facilities, the high cost may not align with the value for money. The location is conveniently close to Ryman Auditorium and downtown Nashville but guests should budget extra for breakfast and valet. While the hotel is in a great spot for entertainment, there are mixed feelings about the pricing and convenience of certain services.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were very large and comfortable, but felt dingy and outdated. Some perks included a few bottles of water provided. Cleaning rooms only on the 3rd day felt lacking.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix as it was not helpful at all, but very nice overall. However, the room pricing for just one night exceeding $500 may not be ideal for the level of service received. There are decent in-house facilities available.
Location
8.0
The location is very convenient, particularly for the Ryman Auditorium visit and being within walking distance to the heart of downtown Nashville. However, guests should be prepared to spend extra cash for breakfast and valet services.
Dining
7.0
Dining options varied, with nice fresh greens available with eggs, though it might be more enjoyable to explore dining at surrounding establishments like the Sun Diner. Pricing should be considered when planning meals.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers a range of facilities, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops, laundry, valet parking, welcome drink, and happy hour options.

7.6/10

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a downside of facing a brick wall and not offering any views, the service provided a blend of welcoming kindness during the day and unprofessional behavior at night that left a bit to be desired. The location, however, couldn't be beaten, being incredibly convenient to local attractions and amenities. The dining options were limited but of good quality. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, although spacious, clean, and very comfortable, unfortunately faced a brick wall and lacked any views.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of nice and welcoming during the day but somewhat unprofessional at night, which impacted the overall experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was its shining star, being incredibly convenient to local attractions and offering easy access to Broadway and Printer's Alley.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience, while limited, was of good quality, although more variety would have been appreciated.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were well maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
